Warranty

Hydro Boards offers a two-year warranty on our Jet boards. The accessories are also warrantied for two years. This warranty is not transferable.

This warranty covers the structural components and all other components of the products from the date of purchase. Any defective parts must be retained for
later inspection. Failure to return these parts upon request will automatically void the warranty claim. Replaced or repaired parts will be guaranteed for the
remaining period of the warranty of the product or according to the warranty period of the parts, if applicable. The product warranty period will not be extended
due to time of non-use caused by repair, demonstration, or inspection.

Our sole obligation under this warranty is limited, at its discretion, to the repair or replacement of product, free of charge at our facility. All transport costs are the
responsibility of the customer. Unless otherwise stated in writing, this warranty does not constitute a guarantee of performance of productivity.

This warranty does not cover maintenance and wear parts as well as consumable products including but not limited to greases and lubricating oils, filters or any
other part showing evidence of neglect, overload, abuse, accident, improper maintenance, storage or use, or unauthorized alteration. No warranty claims apply in the following cases:

- Product damage while in transit or warehouse

- Cost of transporting the product or part for inspection or repair

- Costs incurred by communications and transportation when the product is under warranty repair

- Product on which the identification number or serial number has disappeared

Any modification made to our products without authorization and/or repair made with parts not first approved by us will automatically void this warranty. This
warranty will not be valid for any problem resulting from improper installing or use of parts or components or lack of normal proper maintenance.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, written, or oral, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty shall be applied and interpreted according to the laws and business practices of the province of Ontario.

Hydro Boards cannot be held responsible for any damage, whether accidental or due to operator negligence, and it is understood that this warranty is the sole
right and remedy of the customer or use.
