A purchase contract between Hydro Boards and the buyer is concluded upon payment of the purchase price for the goods. When concluding a purchase contract, the buyer will confirm that they have read these Terms of Use, and that they agree with their wording.

Hydro Boards will issue an invoice for the goods, which will serve as proof of purchase of the goods by the buyer from Hydro Boards. The buyer will be responsible to pay for the shipping of the goods.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hydro Boards and our parent company, our subsidiaries, our affiliates, our partners, our officers, our directors,
our agents, our contractors, our licensors, our service providers, suppliers, and employees in the event of any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’
fees, made by any third party arising us of your violation of these Terms of Service. Use or the materials they incorporated by reference, or your violation of any
law or the rights of a third party.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provisions of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the service constitutes the entire agreement and
understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us. Including but not limited to any prior versions of the Terms of Use.
